Can I customize my theme and design?
We can set up your account so that you can edit your own template and design files. Just let us know, and we'll send you the permissions.
Can I sell my products and services on my website?
Yes, you can. All you need is a nice store module. There are several different types. Would you like a Paypal store? You can add one yourself, or we can help you. See our extras.
Can I take credit cards on my website?
Sure. All you need is a Paypal account. If you like, you can sign up with other online credit card companies and accept credit cards with a special module. Contact us for a quote.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do! We want your to be happy. You will make a payment, and then we will complete your demo site. If you are happy, your site will go live. If you are not happy, we will try our best to accommodate you. If we are not successful, we will cheerfully refund your money. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do - American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also take check debit cards, and, of course we are always happy to take cash. But, we do not accept checks. We also accept Paypal.
Why do you charge a monthly fee?
Every website needs routine care and maintenance to keep it running in top form. There are security updates, software updates and database updates. We take care of these little details behind the scenes for you.
With our Deluxe and Premier packages, we try to make your life online even easier. We will actually post your content for you so you can do the things you love to do instead of working hard on your website. Just send us your content and pictures.
Will you add content to my sidebars in my website?
For Premier sites, we will happily add banners and other things to your sidebars and content to your blog postings. We love to do these things. : )
We will also update your website theme with the latest version as long as you haven't made any changes. Once you make your own changes, there is no way to be assured that security and safety updates will work smoothly.
We provide high quality Web hosting for not extra charge. This is a $129 annual value in itself.
Can I take my site with me if I want to go somewhere else?
Yes, we will package up your website for a small fee so you can move it to where you like. But, no one is less expensive than we are for Standard Quality Hosting. We are very loving and supportive to your site! : )
Do you offer cPanel Hosting with all the fancy features?
Yes, we do! We can offer you complete and full luxury hosting that includes more than 50 comprehensive features. This is included at no charge with the Premier sites. Just ask us! For Deluxe sites, we recommend upgrading to the Premier sites for only $9.97 a month.
